The content of this Site is owned Claudia’s K9 Coats. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Claudia’s K9 Coats. You may view or print individual pages only, for your own personal use. Claudia’s K9 Coats may at any time suspend, alter, restrict or terminate access to, or use of, this Site.

Purchasing a dog coat
It could not be easier, just browse through our website and select the coats you want to buy into your shopping basket. We strongly recommend checking the size of your dog before placing your order if it is your first purchase on our site. After you have finished browsing and found what you are looking for, click the Checkout button and you will be asked to enter a few more details that we need to complete your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal for payment.

Claudia’s K9 coats staff can give sizing advice but are not responsible for a garment not fitting. Claudia’s K9 Coats staffs are in no way responsible for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer.

When your order is received we will issue an order confirmation.
When the details of the order have been checked we will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If we need to clarify any details we will contact you before finalizing the invoice.
All items including items made to order (bespoke items), are charged at the time of ordering.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
We aim to show only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you swiftly. From time to time we may sell out of some items, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund.

Purchasing a Iron-on sticker/s
You can purchase an Iron-on sticker without purchasing a jacket from our website. We ask you if you want us to iron on your purchased sticker when purchasing one of our coats, if you selected no please ensure you read the below disclaimer. If yes Claudia’s K9 Coat will iron on the sticker for you.

Claudia’s K9 Coats shall not be held liable for any damage to dog coats resulting from the use of iron-on material. By utilizing our services with iron-on material, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms outline below points.

User's Responsibility: The owner/user acknowledges that the application of iron-on material involves a level of skill and care. Any damage caused during this process is the sole responsibility of the user.

User's Skill and Understanding: The owner/user certifies that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and understanding to correctly apply the iron-on material to the dog coat. The Provider is not responsible for any errors, misapplications, or damages caused by the user.

Quality of Iron-On Material: The Provider does not guarantee the quality or durability of the iron-on material used. The user is responsible for assessing the suitability and compatibility of the material with the dog coat.

No Warranty: The Provider provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness or outcome of applying iron-on material to the dog coat. The user assumes all risks associated with this process.

Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of iron-on material on the dog coat.

Care Instructions: The user is responsible for following the recommended care instructions for the dog coat after applying iron-on material. Failure to do so may result in damage for which the Provider is not liable.

Limitation of liability
Claudia’s K9 Coats is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Claudia’s K9 Coats does not guarantee that this website will operate free of errors or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you, or in breach of the Contract, for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Claudia’s K9 Coats or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.
We are not liable for any injury or death to any animal wearing our coats.
